Yes! Legally Yours is fully licensed, bonded, and insured in the state of Tennessee.

Can you notarize documents online?
Absolutely. We offer Remote Online Notarization (RON) that is fast, secure, and legally valid in Tennessee.

Do you provide witnesses?
Yes, witness services are available for an additional fee if you cannot provide your own.

Yes! We offer traditional, spiritual, and civil ceremonies, all fully customizable.

What is a comedy or roast-style wedding?
It’s a one-of-a-kind ceremony infused with humor and personality, led by Michael “Wheels” Parise, a veteran comedian and licensed officiant. Perfect for couples who want to keep things lighthearted and memorable.

Do you officiate LGBTQ+ weddings?
Absolutely. Legally Yours is proud to officiate inclusive and affirming ceremonies for all couples.

Do you handle last-minute elopements?
Yes! Same-day and short-notice weddings are our specialty.

How do I book your services?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, major credit cards, and digital payments (Venmo, PayPal, etc.).

Is a deposit required?
Yes, a deposit may be required to secure your booking for weddings or large events.
